**** 1 RSVP name per booking (1 VACCINE PASS PER BOOKING) – Please note that your booking will automatically be cancelled if you have booked more then one in one booking.
**** Please register name that is on “My Vaccine Pass”
**** For Children – Put Child after their name
**** If you are feeling unwell with flu like symptoms please stay at home.
